Awesome view of the des moines river valley. 15 mikes to go. Today was hard because we are so sore. Hurts to sit and hurts to peddle. One mile at a time. I let jacob go ahead in one town and I found a short cut that cut off 3 blocks. He passed me and said Dad I thought you were behind me. I said you didn't know your dad was better than you huh. Then I told him I cut off a few blocks.
